Slow Cooker Potato and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
Dice 1 lb. peeled, diced potatoes (small like frozen hashbrowns)1 (12 oz.) can corn, undrained1 (14 oz.) can cream style corn1 (370ml.) can fat free evaporated milk1/2 small onion, diced8 tbsp pre-cooked crumbled bacon (maple leaf)Pepper, to taste
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes. Add to crockpot. Dice onion and add. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
May serve with extra bacon bits and shredded cheese on top.
Serves 6.
