Baked Italian Meatballs

1 1/2 lb ground Beef, 93% lean1 Egg1 Egg White1/2 cup crushed Italian seasoned Croutons (1.5 oz)1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheesedash crushed red pepper1 clove Garlic, well-minced2 tbsp Onion, diced small1 tsp Italian spicesOlive Oil spray (or other cooking spray)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Make sure to mix egg and egg white together well before adding to the rest. Form into small balls (I made about 20). Spray a cookie sheet with the olive oil spray, then place meat balls on the tray. Spray once more with the olive oil. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes or until well-browned. Serving size is one meatball.
