Whole Wheat Pie Crust (serving is 1/6 of pie)

Ingredients
1/3 cup soft butter1 egg yolk5 tbsp milkpinch of salt1 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Cream together first 4 ingredients in food processor. Scrape sides. Add flour and pulse until it forms a ball. Roll out. Makes one bottom crust that will flip over the edges over filling to make a rustic crust with an open center.
