Freezer Hot Pockets: Ham & Cheddar (1pocket/serving)

Ingredients
10 oz ham, chopped1.5 cups shredded cheddar1.5 tbsp olive oil1.5 tbsp flour0.75 cups skim milk1.5 cans Pillsbury Pizza Dough
Directions
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour & stir.

2. Remove from heat. Add milk slowly, stirring until well-mixed.

3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Cook for 5 minutes longer.

4. Add 0.5 cup of shredded cheese. Stir until smooth.

5. Put chopped ham and the cheese sauce you just made into a bowl. Mix well.

6. Add remaining shredded cheese to your mixture.

7. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 9 equal rectangles.

8. Top each rectangle with ham/cheese mixture. Fold over and press edges together with a fork.

9. Bake at 425 for 15-20m, until browned.

10. Serve immediately, or let cool and freeze individually, wrapped in foil.
