3. medium size chicken breast1/2. Strip of bacon diced1. tbsp of diced tomatoes 3. tsp of minced garlic1. tbsp of thyme3. tbsp of chopped onions1. tbsp of olive oil1. tbsp white vineger 6. green olives2. tbsp of parmesan cheese
1. Clean chicken breast with warm water and white vineger and Layout breast in a broiling pan.
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, and then stuff them evenly with beacon, tomatoes,garlic,thyme,onions,parmesan cheese. Then fold the breast in half and stick tooth pix trough each end to hold the wrap. Then place in the broiler for about 20-25 minutes, then remove and garnish with olives by sticking on the end of the tooth pix let cook for about 2 minutes . and then serve.
