Spinach Feta Omelette

Ingredients
*All ingredients approximate*3 large eggs1/2 C egg substitute1/2 C feta cheese1 package frozen spinach with liquid squeezed out
Directions
Beat eggs with egg substitute. Add drained spinach, feta cheese, pepper and salt (if desired) to the eggs and mix well. Pour into lightly oiled pan and cook until golden brown crust forms. Flip over and cook until the other side is done. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
