Tropical Quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked quinoa1 can ( 20 oz) pineapple in juice2 bananas, mashed1/4 cup coconut8 packets Splenda (use more or less to taste)
Directions
Put quinoa in pan. Add juice from pineapple can and enough water to equal 2 cups. Bring to a boil and cook until almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Add pineapple, bananas, coconut and Splenda. Mix. Serve warm or cold.
