Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 4 largeSpinach, fresh, .5 package (10 oz) Pineapple, frozen or fresh, 1.5 cup, dicedWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Banana, water and spinach in the blender first. Blend until smooth. Add pineapple next, blend until smooth. If the pineapple is frozen, you're ready to drink. If it's fresh, add a little ice to chill the smoothie.
