Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
2 lbs Ham Roast20 oz Ketchup2 Tbsp chopped celery2 Tbsp chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1 Tbsp sugar1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Place Ham Roast in bottom of Slow Cooker. Add rest of ingredients. Put on low for 6-8 hours. Remove Roast to a plate and use a fork to pull the pork apart. Add back to sauce and mix. Great served over homemade mashed potatoes. Makes 8 servings.
