Stuffed Acorn squash w/Italian sausage/br rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion1 package Success Brown rice1 Acorn Squash 2-1/2 links Jennie O Italian sweet sausage1or 2 cloves of garlic.
Directions
Sautee onion and sausage out of casings. Mix with cooked brown rice. Cut squash in half and microwave until tender. Scoop out squash and mix with rice mixture. Add back to squash and put in microwave or oven until hot.
