Easy Crock Pot Chicken Curry Rogan Josh

Ingredients
Patak's Rogan Josh - 1 JarBirds Eye SteamFresh Baby Potato Blend - 1 BagChicken Breast (no skin) - 1.5 lbs.Onions, white - 1 large Smoked Paprika - 1 TCurry Powder - 1 TLemon Juice - 2 TPam Nonfat Cooking Spray

MAY BE DONE AHEAD OF TIME:

Cut your chicken into cubes -- the smaller the cube, the less time you'll need to cook! Throw into a large ziplock bag with the lemon juice, curry powder and smoked paprika. (If you can do this the night before, then definitely do so that the chicken has time to marinate!)

Chop your onion.

After giving the inside of your crock put a quick spray of Pam, empty your marinated chicken into it and spread it in an even layer across the bottom of the pot.

Next, spread your onions over the chicken.

Pour the jar of simmer sauce over the onions and chicken, spreading it evenly.

Finally, empty your bag ov veggies on top of the sauce.

Cover, and cook 4 hours on high or up to 8 on low. If you're around, stir the pot halfway through. If not, then no big deal!

Stir well before serving. Serve over brown rice. Add salt to taste.
