Cream of Vegetable Soup

1 medium onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped3 tablespoons butter1 large box chicken broth2 cups diced potatoes1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup1 bag frozen California Blend vegetables, cooked according to pkg directions1 soup can of skim milk8 oz light Velveeta
Melt butter in a large soup pot. Saute onion & celery in the butter, add chicken broth and diced potatoes. Cook potatoes until almost done. Add the 2 cans of soup, 1 can of skim milk, and vegetables that have been microwaved or steamed until tender. Stir until the ingredients are mixed. Then add the Velveeta and stir until melted. Serve & enjoy.
