Ingredients
2 cup Whole Wheat flour (self raising)250 gr Black Olives3 tbsp Olive Oil5 gr Brown Sugar or 2.5 gr fructose3 gr Salt
Directions
Mix whole wheat flour with warmed water, add egg, and the rest of the ingredients to make a soft pastry.
Divide it to 14 pieces and press them to make small round breads.Leave it to rest for 20 min in a warm place.
Cook in a preheated oven (200 -220 C) for approx 40 min.
