Ingredients
4 bonless pork chops, about 5 oz each1/2 cup salsa thick and chunky2 slices pepper jack cheese, halfed to make 4
Directions
Places pork chops in pan with just enough oil to keep from sticking, brown both sides well, then add salsa and cheese on top and serve when done about 160 internal temp.
