Grape Jelly Meatballs in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1 package frozen meatballs (about 30 meatballs)Sauce:1 cup ketchup1/3 cup lemon or lime juice1/3 cup grape jelly
Directions
Mix sauce ingredients together until most of the jelly lumps are gone.
Place meatballs in the bottom of the crock pot.
Cover meatballs with sauce.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
