2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix4 eggs1 c. 2% lowfat cottage cheese1 c. chopped onions10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained1 stick melted butter
Mix together and put in buttered 9x13 pan. Bake until brown at 350 degrees.
