Maple and Orange Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chopscreole seasoning or salt to tastepepper to taste3 tablespoons All purpose flour2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1/4 C maple syrup1 tablespoon brown sugarjuice of one lemonjuice of one orange
Directions
Season pork chops with seasonings if using; Dust with flour. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chops for about five minutes on each side, until nicely browned. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, lemon and orange juice. Add mixture to the pork chops, cover and cook for 15 minutes, turning 3-4 times to keep the pork chops coated with the syrup. Uncover and cook for about 5 minutes longer, turning once or twice.
