* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove) * *Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp (remove) * *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove) * Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
cook chicken as you would cook taco meat...add seasoning and green pepper slices...prepare salad with lettuce and fixings...add chicken once done...EAT!
