Ingredients
1 soft tortilla (La Preferida soft taco size shelf-stable)1/4 cup fat free refried beans1 scrambled egg white2 Tbsp shredded 2% mexican cheese
Directions
1. Put cheese, scrambled cooked egg white and beans into tortilla & fold in half
2. Spray pan w/cooking spray, cook tortilla over medium-high heat, about 1-2 min per side (or until toasty & brown)
