MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO 9 MEATBALLS. PLACE EACH MEATBALL INTO A MUFFIN TIN WHICH HAS BEEN LIGHTLY SPRAYED WITH OLIVE OIL. BAKE AT 375 20 - 25 MINUTES
