1 LB EXTRA LEAN GROUND TURKEY1 EGG1.5 CUP FRESH SPINACH, CHOPPED1/2 C COOKED CAULIFLOWER1.2 C OATMEAL

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO 9 MEATBALLS. PLACE EACH MEATBALL INTO A MUFFIN TIN WHICH HAS BEEN LIGHTLY SPRAYED WITH OLIVE OIL. BAKE AT 375 20 - 25 MINUTES
