Chocolate Mousse

1 box silken tofu1/4 cup Hershey's natural cocoa1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup sugar 4 squares Baker's semisweet chocolate (4 ounces)1/2 cup Frangelico liqeur (optional)
First, drain tofu and allow to come to room temperature. Cook Frangelico in microwave for a couple of minutes to remove alcohol. Add to a food processor the tofu, cocoa powder, Frangelico, Splenda, and sugar, and blend until smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend thoroughly, stopping to scrape sides intermittently so as to blend everything smoothly. Pour into individual ramekins, or a pie plate.
Melt chocolate squares according to package directions until melted.
