Easy Fettucine Alfredo

1/4 Cup Margarine1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Fat Free2 tsp Garlic Powder1.5-2 Cups Milk, Skim6 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese1/8-1/4 tsp black pepper to taste16 oz. DaVinci 100% Whole Wheat Fettucine
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook as per directions on box.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add 1.5 cups milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long.
Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Ready in 10 minutes; makes 8 one cup servings.
