Easy Cheesy Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 6 1/2" white pita1/4 cup pizza sauce, traditional flavor1/2 cup mexican cheese (or your choice of any other type)1 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Pour 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil into skillet or cast iron pan and heat on medium heat 'til it spreads through pan. Put pita into skillet and lightly brown then flip over and brown other side. Flip over again and top with pizza sauce and then cheese. Watch closely so that it doesn't burn. If cheese doesn't melt completely, put the pita on a microwave-safe plate and pop into micro for 10-15 seconds. Cut into quarters and enjoy!
