1 medium Potato, cut into 1" cubes1 small Cauliflower, cut into 1" florets1/2 cup chopped Onions1 medium chopped Tomato 1 tbsp Canola Oil2 Green Chillis, cut into small pieces1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
o Heat Oil in wok
o Add Onions and green chillis till it becomes brown
o Add giner-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
o Add tomatoes and cook till done
o Add potatoes and cauliflower, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt to taste
o Add 1/2 cup water and cover till potato and cauliflower are cooked
o Serve hot with Roti
