Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled 1 Tbsp minced garlic1 Tbsp dry white wine 1 dash cayenne pepper 1/2 Tbsp country crock + calcium
Directions
In a medium skillet, combine cheese, garlic, wine, and red pepper over low heat. Stir frequently until cheese melts.

Remove from heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
