Black Bean Fried Tofu

Ingredients
1 (14 oz) pack of firm tofu, washed and chop2 tsp of soy sauce1 tbsp of sesame oil1 red pepper2 scallions, chopped2 cloves of garlic, chopped1 can of black beans, washed and rinsed - we used cooked, dry black beanssalt and pepper
Directions
Sautee the garlic and chilies in the sesame oil.
Add the scallions and black beans.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the tofu and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the ingredients into a baking dish and place them in a 400-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste, serve with rice.

I fully plan on adding hot red pepper flakes to make up for the omitted chili peppers
