Marinara with meat and veggies

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes reduced salt1can tomato paste1 med onion1carrot finely shredded2 stalks celery diced finely1cup of each diced finely red/green peppers1med fresh tomato chopped2to3 mini bella portabella mushroom diced100 gram lean ground beef browned rinsed and drained2 tbs olive oil2 cloves garlic minced or 1Tbs ground2Tbs each of basil, blk pepper,oregano and ground flax seed
Directions
This recipe makes 12 or more servings, freezes well and if you can leave out the meat or add beans to change it to vegetarian. If your family is fussy about veggies the finer they are chopped the less they will notice them. A versitile sause that can be poured over pasta, spagetti squash or used in lasanga or any tomato based casserloe dish.
