Chicken Barley Soup

Ingredients
8 c chicken broth (Imagine)2 c chopped onion2 c chopped celery2 c chopped carrots1/2 c barley1/2 c frozen peas1/2 c frozen corn300 g cooked chickenbay leaf1/2 t thyme1/2 t parsley (dried)3 oxo chicken packetssalt & pepper1/2 t garlic powder
Directions
Heat broth, add chopped veggies and barley. Cook until barley is almost tender and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve.
