Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.75 cupMilk, nonfat, 0.25 cupSalt, 0.25 tspWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cupSplenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 6 tsp
Directions
Combine first four ingredient in blender & blend.

Add flour and sugar and blend again.

Add non-stick cooking spray to griddle and pour batter onto griddle to make 12 four-inch pancakes, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
