1 can tomatoes1 can chili beans (or lite red kidneys)1 10 oz bag frozen vegiesshredded chicken -approx 10 oz1/2 c green peppers, onions, celery--i like to saute first in chicken broth, but it isn't necessary if time crunched2 c chicken broth--low sodium msg/fat free1/2 c frozen corn1 can chickpeastomato paste--1/2 can

throw everything in the cooker and leave! i divide into 8 for generous servings
