Pita Filler

Ingredients
2 stalks celery (diced)1 c diced raw carrots1 c diced raw red pepper1 cup diced cucumbersMix it all up add a few extras for protein and it's a yummy crunchy filling lunch.
Directions
Mix it all up and use in a wrap or pita. I generally add about 1 cup of fresh spinah and then a serving of hummus, black beans/chick peas and sometimes some cheese to bump up the protein.
