BBQ Meat in the Crockpot

1 lb roast (venison, beef or pork) cut in chunks1 1/2 tbsp onion flakes1 6 oz. can tomato paste1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/8 cup cider vinegar1 tbsp chili powder/flakes1 tsp salt1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp dry mustard
Add ingredients to crockpot in order & cook on high for 1 hour then turn to low and cook 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
Shred & serve on warm buns.

This is the best bbq recipe ever, However, I do fix it a little more different I use 1 can of cambells tomato soup instead of tomato past an do not use the minced onion. Also, this bbq recipe is good for almost anything you may want to fix with it whether it be boneless pork ribs chicken anytype. - 11/8/09
