Pepperoni Pizza Pockets

Ingredients
2 cans pillsbury mini croissants8 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese32 slices Turkey pepperoni
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Open and spread out 1 can of croissants on an ungreased cookie sheet.
2. On each open croissant, layer 1 oz. mozzarella cheese and 4 slices of turkey pepperoni.
3. Open 2nd can of croissants, and cover each first croissant with a second.
4. Pinch edges of croissants together to create a pocket for inner ingredients.
5. Bake for approximately 13-15 minutes or until croissants are browned.
