Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Stew

Ingredients
1 onion chopped1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained1 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 C corn8 oz can SUGAR FREE /HFCS FREE tomato sauce2 cans Rotel1 packet low sodium taco seasoning2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Directions
MIx all ingredients together in a crock pot except chicken breasts. Lay chicken on top of the mixture and cover.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving, remove chicken breasts, shred and return to the crockpot. Stir and serve.
