Low Fat Gingersnaps

Ingredients
1/4 cup + 2 TBSP Lighter Bake1 cup b. sugar1/4 cup egg substitute1/4 cup molasses1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup white flour2 tsp. soda1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix together. Cover; chill 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes.

Makes 30 cookies.
