Delicious! I loved it! My mom and boyfriend loved it as well, I even doubled the recipe! After they ate it all, they asked me to make some more for the week so I quadrupled the recipe to make enough for everyone. It's amazing! Thank you for sharing! - 3/28/10

Loved this! What a quick chicken salad recipe for lunch. I didn't have celery so I just left it out and it was still good. I'll definitely use celery next time for the added crunch. Thanks! - 3/22/10

This is my absolute new favorite dish, it's so easy and low in calories, and it tastes AMAZING! I used a little less mayo and added some mustard and tapenade and it tasted incredible - 6/23/10

I'm so glad you liked it. It has become one of our family's favorites too; especially with leftover grilled chicken. I'm glad you were able to switch it up and make it your own.

This recipe was quick and easy and absolutely delicious! I topped it with onions, bell peppers and swiss cheese and served it with a side of green seedless grapes which complimented the flavors in the chix salad. Simply marvelous! Thank you for sharing! - 4/9/10
