Ingredients
Two egg whites4 ounces (115 grams) granulated sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff, then slowly add white sugar. Once all sugar is incorporated, beat for 1 minute until mixture is glossy.

Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper, then make eight mounds of egg white mixture. Bake at 275 for 30 minutes, then turn off heat and let cool in oven. Serve with fresh fruit and ice cream.
