Mandarin Orange and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1/2 C mandarin oranges1 1/2 C baby spinach leaves1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Nuts (Toasted)2 Tbsp Ken's Steakhouse Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Dressing
Directions
Warm a non-stick pan and lightly toast 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Nuts. Set aside and place 1 1/2 C baby spinach leaves in a bowl. Drain and add mandarin oranges to bowl along with 2 Tbsp of raspberry pecan dressing. Toss then add soy nuts.
