Willy's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
romaine lettuce, black beans, salsa, cucumber, roasted red peppers, cilantro and 3 - 4 oz. of grilled chicken.
Directions
Grill chicken ahead of time (grill breast for 5 min on each side). Heat up black beans and then assemble. Can add cheese, olives, corn salsa, or whatever. It will change nutritional content, though.
