Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 tbls evoo1 lb. ground turkey1 chopped onion3 bell peppers, cut into strips or chunks1 lg. can crushed tomatoes1 lg. can diced tomatoes1/8 c. sucanatsalt and pepper to tasteitalian seasoning to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey in evoo. Add onion, peppers and seasonings. Cook til peppers are soft and onions are clear. Add tomatoes and sucanat. You can thin this out with chicken broth if desired, but I like mine thick. You can also add cooked brown rice, but I like to keep mine on the lower carb side.
