Ingredients
Directions
4 Fresh Chicken Tenderloins (2 per person)1/4 cup Sour Cream1/4 Panko Bread Crumbs1 tbsp Parmesean (can use more or less - your taste)1 tsp Salt (+ or - to your taste)1 tsp Garlic Powder (+ or - to your taste)1 tbsp Olive Oil
This is a dinner for 2!
Note the Calorie count on this is probably not correct because you do not consume all of the sour cream.
Use Fresh thawed chicken tenderloins.
Preheat Oven to 500 degrees
Coat your chicken in sour cream, this can be done in a bowl, in a sandwich bag or on a plate. Let this "marinate" for at least 15 minutes or as long as 30 minutes.
On a flat plate spread out the panko crumbs evenly. Add salt - sprinkle evenly with crumbs. Add garlic powder - sprinkle evenly with crumbs. Add parmesan - sprinkle evenly with crumbs
(or you can mix all the ingredient in a baggie and spread on a plate)
When the chicken is done marinating, dredge it in the Panko/Parmesan mix covering both sides. Line a cookie sheet with foil, one little spray of cooking spray on the foil and lay the chicken tenders flat out. Drizle the olive oil over top for extra crispness. (note you do not need to use all of the oil) Just a little bit will do.
Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes.
**note panko crumbs can usually be found near the japanese food or in the ethnic food isle.
