* Pumpkin Soup Mix, one bag * Green Giant Corn Niblets, 2 11oz cans * Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3 cans * Costco Bulk Kidney Beans, 1 can * Costco Bulk Garbanzo Beans,1 can * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) * Kirkland 91% Lean Ground Beef, 1lb * Home made Taco seasoning (no sodium)
Put thawed beef into bottom of crock pot on high with taco seasoning to taste. Cook until mostly browned Drain corn, beans and one can of tomatoes. Add soup mix to two cans of tomatoes an stir until well combined. Add everything to the meat and cook 1-2 hours on low heat (depending on crock pot -- make sure meat is cooked through.) 1 CUP SERVING
