Good Mornin Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
-Your favorite oatmeal (instant or old fashion)-Your favorite milk , I use 6 oz. almond milk or more to thin it out- Fresh or frozen fruit, I usually combine 1 banana with blueberries, or frozen mangos and papaya. - a dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)- a few cubes of ice- Place all ingredients in blender and puree for until all ingredients are blended well.-Enjoy!
