Veggie Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans Diced Tomatoes (15 oz) 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz) 1 can Tomato Paste (6 oz) 1/2 ea. Medium Onion (diced) 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp. Crushed Oregano 1 tsp. Salt (to taste)
Directions
Coat a pot with non-fat cooking spray and sauté diced onions and garlic until soft and transparent.

Combine sautéed onions and garlic with remaining
ingredients and simmer a minimum of 30 minutes.
(Note: Flavor is enhanced the longer it is simmered.)

Serve over your favorite choice of (1/2 lb) wheat pastas.
