Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breast, thin cut1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 medium onion1/2 cup water3 tbsp vinegar, Wine or cider8 oz. can tomato sauce2 tsp. brown sugar1 tsp prepared mustard, any kind1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Brown the chicken breast in olive oil. Remove to baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Brown the onions and add the rest of ingredients. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. . Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered in 325 - 350 degree oven, for approximately 45 minutes or untill done.
