Ingredients
one large red bell pepper (chopped)4 eggs1/2 cup milk1 cup chopped asparagus 1/2 cup feta
Directions
saute the red peppers and asparagus - with spices.

beat eggs and milk

put veggies with cheese in a glass pan to bake, pour egg mixture over it, bake at 350-400 until eggs are done about 20 min.
