Chicken breast in lemon artichoke sauce

Ingredients
24 OZ Chicken breast, boneless skinless2 tbsp olive oil 1 can artichoke bottoms sliced 2 shallots finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 cup white wine 1 lemon 1 tsp cornstarchsalt and pepper
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, saute on a hot skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil, saute shallots, garlic and artichoke, , add chicken stock and lemon juice. Cook until tender and liquids reduce. Add chicken and lemon grind. Cook 1 more minute and serve
