Crockpot Dijon Pork

Ingredients
8 small potatoes, cubed1 onion, sliced thin3-4 pork chops1 can 98% reduced fat cream of mushroom soup3 TBSP dijon mustard2 oz white wine1 cup chichen brothseasonings to taste
Directions
Mix soup, mustard, wine, broth, and seasonings. Layer ingredients in crockpot in followin order; potatoes, onion, pork chops, soup/mustard/etc. mix. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 3-4 servings based on the number of chops included.
