Protein Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk1/2 cup egg whites1/4 cup rice protein powder1 1/2 cup oats1/2 c buckwheat flour1 cup pumpkin1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp allspice and cloves
Directions
Mix everything together. Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch time depending on the stove!
I made 16 smaller muffins, you could easily alter this to make bigger muffins.
