thai green curry chicken & veg

Ingredients
can of coconut milk2 tbsps green thai curry paste (or more to taste)5 chicken breasts diced in bite size bits3 cups diced celery3 cups diced carrots3 cups diced red peppers1 cup snap peas cut in half1 cup diced onions(OR.... replace previous 5 ingredients with 10 cups of veg's you like!)3/4 cup milk3 tsp brown sugar2 tbsp fish sauce
Directions
Place large pot on stove turn on med high heat. Dump everything in. Cook till done ~ 15 minutes ish.... eat. repeat. tastes better day 2.
